A year has passed since the so-called “workplace anti-bullying law” came into effect, but experts say a meaningful change in the work culture has yet to arrive, though progress is being made in efforts to prevent abusive practices and protect victims.
The group discussed examples of bullying among the workplace and the gradual steps of increasing a complaint and up to a grievance.
Jeffrey is dedicated in bringing CHWA members some of the best topics trending in the world of anti-bullying education.

Carrie often makes special appearances at our Zoom meetings and provides fantastic insight on workplace bullying behaviors, laws and current events.
Angie is instrumental in keeping the community informed of current events and organizes the meetings via the website.
We are currently seeking people that are interested in various volunteer positions within the CHWA Organization. Any skill is appreciated in the area of accounting, social media, outreach events, education, and much, much more.

Workplace bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment by one or more employees of an employer: abusive conduct that is either verbal abuse; or behaviors which are threatening, intimidating, or humiliating; or work sabotage, in some combination.
